Zusammenfassung
Es wird über die operative Therapie bei Ozaena-Patienten berichtet. Bei 4 Patienten
wurde submukös am Septum und am Nasenboden Hydroxylapatit implantiert, bei 5 Patienten
wurden die Naseneingänge nach der Technik von Young verschlossen. Nach 2- 5jähriger Nachbeobachtungszeit läßt sich aussagen, dass beide
operativen Verfahren empfohlen werden können.
Summary
This paper reports on surgical therapy of ozena. Hydroxylapatite was implanted under
the mucosa of the nasal septum and the floor of the nasal cavity in four patients
with ozena. In five patients the nostrils were totally closed by the method of Young. After a period of 2 to 5 years, the clinical results in both groups enable us to
recommend both surgical procedures.
